Q: WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO CHOOSE THE SEARCH FACILITATION MODEL?

  • ​Mid- to upper-level professional positions that are likely to generate a strong pool of qualified applicants from a job post and/or network referrals
  • When the focus is more on how to screen candidates for fit than on where to find them
  • This model is most often the best fit for positions that range from $60,000 - $125,000; and can also be a great fit for higher salaried positions if they meet the above conditions

Q: WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO CHOOSE EXECUTIVE SEARCH?

  • Executive-level (C-suite) positions
  • Hard-to-fill or especially time sensitive openings
  • Positions that require very specialized experience or specific industry expertise
  • Most positions with a base salary above $150,000

  • The Search Facilitation model is adaptable to any industry. 
  • For positions that do require specific industry experience, we recommend the Executive Search model where we will partner with a consultant who specializes in your industry if it is outside of our area of expertise.

Q: How long does it take to complete a search?

  • Mid-level positions average 60-90 days.  Upper-level or C-level positions average 90-120 days.
  • Because we optimize for culture fit and our interview process relies on a series of interactions with a candidate, we are not the right fit for positions that need to be filled urgently.  If you have an urgent need, please ask us for a referral!  A staffing agency or a search firm that has resources in place to accommodate the need for speed may be a better fit and we'd love to make an introduction.
